All returned items must be in original unused condition with intact packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned items to confirm compliance with return requirements, we will process your official refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method automatically. Please allow a short processing delay from your payment provider for the funds to reflect in your account.
Return & Refund Exclusions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that are damaged due to improper customer use, storage errors, or intentional damage after delivery. Opened products that are severely consumed and cannot be resold may not qualify for a full refund.
